This policy explains how Tiny Shiny Ceramics collects and processes your personal data when you sign up for Le Shiny Club or contact us, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French “Informatique et Libertés” law.

The controller of your data is Amandine Cauchie, publisher of the Tiny Shiny Ceramics website.

02What data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide:
- When you sign up for Le Shiny Club: your email address (required) and, if you wish, your first name (optional).
- When you write to us (email or Instagram): the information you choose to share in your message.
We collect no banking data on this site, and no sensitive data.
03Why we use it
Your data is used exclusively to:
- send you Shiny Club news: previews, studio behind-the-scenes, the opening of workshop and collection sign-ups;
- let you benefit from the members-only welcome offer;
- respond to your questions when you contact us.
Legal basis: your consent, collected at sign-up. You can withdraw it at any time (see section 7), without affecting earlier communications.
04Who has access to your data
Your data is neither sold, rented, nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It is accessible to Amandine Cauchie and to the technical providers strictly necessary for the website to function, who act as processors:

As some of these providers are located outside the European Union, your data may be transferred to the United States within the framework provided by these services and the applicable contractual clauses.
05How long we keep it
Your Shiny Club sign-up data is kept for as long as you are a member, that is, until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then archived or deleted.
06Cookies and analytics
This site places no advertising cookie and no tracking cookie for marketing purposes. The fonts are loaded via Google Fonts, which may lead your browser to send your IP address to Google. Website analytics are provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly solution: it sets no cookies, does not identify visitors, and therefore requires no consent. No profiling is carried out.
07Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data at any time: the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and the right to withdraw your consent.
You can unsubscribe in one click via the link in each of our emails, or exercise any of these rights by writing to us at contact@tinyshinyceramics.com. We undertake to respond as soon as possible.
If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
08Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated, notably when the shop launches in 2027. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
