Sarah Scandone
Sarah leads a sophrology walk on the grounds: a slow walk around the barn, punctuated with breathing and very simple exercises, to slow down and return to the moment.
A pause for yourself: over a weekend, you shape clay with your hands, you breathe and you slow down. Whether you come alone, with friends or simply to catch your breath from a busy life, these retreats are an invitation to reconnect with what matters — where clay and breath meet.
They will take place in our renovated stone barn, in the heart of the Occitanie countryside — a haven of peace surrounded by nature and sunflower fields, bathed in light, with wide open spaces to create, settle and come together.
Location: La Grange, Dunes (Occitanie) · In the heart of nature · Small groups (5 to 8 participants) · From autumn 2027

Between two clay sessions, time for yoga to release the shoulders, breathe and return to the moment. Creation and practice answer one another: the hands that shape, the breath that soothes.
Moments guided by Amandine, trained in teaching yoga (200-hour Yoga Alliance certified training).
Yoga sets the rhythm of the days, clay fills their heart. A gentle thread from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon, with nothing to do but create, breathe and let yourself be carried.
Your pieces dry slowly after you leave: we fire them at the studio and send them back to you a few weeks later — a little parcel that reopens the pause.
Perched among the rolling hills of Occitanie, between fields and woods, the barn watches over the valley alone — far from everything, close to what matters.

On certain retreats, two friends from the area come to share their way of life — extra pauses, on site, that carry the breath of the workshops a little further: a walk that soothes, a glass that brings people together.

Lucie and Laurent grow their vines organically just nearby. Over a guided tasting — on the upstairs terrace or in the veranda opening onto the valley — they share their terroir and introduce their wines.
